Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy.  Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the original packaging and condition. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@grwm.world. 

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Should the item be damaged or defective or the incorrect item please contact us immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygenic reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned such as hair and makeup brushes.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout less any shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return product back to GRWM. 

All product will be inspected upon receipt and refunds initiated accordingly .  

Your bank or credit card company may take take up to 15 business days to to process and post the refund.
