We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, CAD orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Orders to the USA generally arrive within 5-9 business days for most provinces but can take longer depending on the location.
International orders generally arrive within 10-15 business days for most countries but can take longer depending on the country.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on realtime carrier rates. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in both Canada and the USA.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, these items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items.
Refunds will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift card. Customers are responsible for shipping back unopened product to GRWM. All product will be inspected upon receipt and refunds initiated accordingly .

If you purchase your item from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance. Our Customer Support Team is unable to refund or replace any items sold through other authorized retailers.
